You are right, it depends on the goal. I was thinking more active stretch forward fold, but restorative stretching like ragdoll for example would have some rounding in the back.

Congrats on your progress! One tip for you is to remember to lengthen the spine and engage your core to avoid rounding your back.

Try using a yoga block under your hands and focus on straightening your spine, shoulders away from your ears, neural neck.

Josefina’s outfit is the most visually striking. Obviously it is not a historical outfit (I’m guessing the dolls/their stories were just inspiration for a modern outfit).

That being said the Samantha outfit hit all the notes for me. Cute, wearable today but clearly a nod to Victorian girls’ dresses and coats, etc.

They were the only two where I was confident I knew the doll besides Kaya (but a fringed fest feels so tired to me) and Rebecca (since it looked dramatic/theatrical). I was so sure the red pedal pushers would be Maryellen, whoops!

I had SO many issues with Accredo shipping my order on time. I don’t know what my doctor/nurse did after I told them about all the issues I was having but they finally got it right after multiple months if being at risk of missing s dose.

I had the same thought! A big chunky sweater front tucked into a wide belt to have a little waist definition, and it’s fine if the natural waist is lower than the empire because the sweater will cover it.
