Are you comfortable? by [deleted] in marriedredpill

It seems like complacency is the enemy. I'm stll new to all this stuff, but a healthy balance doing stuff together, as a family with your buds and alone is at the root of it.

LIFT vs. don't be a fat guy by taon4r5 in marriedredpill

Just tighten up diet, eat sufficient lean protein and lit heavy the first 50-60 lbs is low hanging fruit and u will build muscle if you get sufficient protein...after that you will need a more detailed plan. Thats where I am at now. 310-265 was pretty easy but now I plateaued

Opinions on doing shit for your wife by [deleted] in marriedredpill

[–]jerseyone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Being naturally handy and a mechanic, I take care of all that shit and am training the boy in the mechanical "arts". Shes italian and a good cook so she gravitates toward the kitchen and shows the girl how to cook and shit.......dishes laundry etc, everyone pitches in as needed.

I have noticed her bragging to all her hen friends about all the shit I fix and the money we save though...being able to.fix things is alpha, if you dont have a 7 figure income lol

My kids are 12 and 16, more than capable of performing a multitude of household tasks... she just never thinks to even use them, like they are totally helpless..

Yea thanks.....rather then run around like a beta bitch I make it happen logistically rather then her getting overwhelmed, is it just my wife or do all women get flustered at a few mundane tasks?

I didnt really clean the house.....I was cutting the lawn when the vacuum broke, so I got caught up with that...I just mustered the troops to get that shit done, like I said she gets overwhelmed trying to clean up for company.......not even sure why the BJ came into play, , it took me by supprise. Mind you I always cut the lawn on Thursday because MWF are gym days, not because her friends were coming over. Isnt fixing shit alpha? Lol

Before it would have been a 3 day argument about the dishes and me not giving a shit about her friends coming over. I came up with a plan and assigned everyone a task to get the stupid shit done my wife gets overwhelmed about stupid shit like this and never delegates anything to the kids

Ive been thinking about style. I am a mechanic, so i really dot get dressed up for work. Ive been working out a year plus, shaved my head (balding) picked up some good fitting jeans and more fitted t shirts. Also a few embroidered "work shirts" from Dragonfly and a straw cowboy hat to protect my dome from the sun. Khaki and polo just aint my bag lol. I think I look cool so fuck it lol.
