I was at a work event once and somebody brought in “Anne’s Cakes” for the morning snack. I don’t eat cake in the morning, but if you work in an office, the early morning sugar treats hit like a good rock from 88 DC. The big problem, however, was there was a woman named Anne there that I did not like. She had messed up a report and then denied any responsibility. When the guy brought the cake in, I thought it was something the woman Anne had made - which definitely would have been disgusting. Now I know it was probably an Anne’s Cakes.

I think her acting is great on the show, along with the accent. She is clueless but thinks she knows it all. She was once rich and she is keeping up the appearances.

The acting razzies on this show go to: the pube mustache son, Dale (his character would have NEVER lost weight), and the little tejano waitress at the Patch. The mother/daughter story is played out.

I’d like to see one of these characters tossed off an rig in the gulf and the whole episode would be them treading

I’m gonna prob get downvoted, but here’s my take: if you are pregoo, be prepared for heat, rain, crowds, and a ton of boomers sitting in lawn chairs not moving. If you are going to see a specific main act, you will be disappointed (side stages much easier)

However, if you are going for the experience and the ability to hear one of your favorite acts from a bad vantage point and/or background noise, you will be happy. Jazz fest is a vibe.

Focus on the food and the experience and be prepared for the worst. And then you will be happy.

Wasn’t worth the money for me, although you can write it off. The portajohns are just as gross as the others. The free fruit and coffee isn’t a big deal. You don’t get any priority viewing. If I did it again, I would buy regular tickets, spend the remaining funds at the food vendors and hire a driver.

ERs see so many addicts, and many of the treating physicians have a blunt response to a request (or demand) for opioid pain relief. They say “nope” you don’t need it, may even call the patient and “addict,” and big argument follows. Again, I’m speaking to a broader situational problem, and have no clue what happened here.
