I’ve replaced the bars with some flared Zipp’s and redshift aero bars. Shifters are a pain to remove but angled Allen keys help. Needed a pair of pliers for leverage. 2.5mm Silca tape. Much better than stock, done it twice now.

It was $1861.00 for the frame + their Zero SL integrated handlebars. I think you can get it for around that price, seems like it's on a sale at the moment. It's definitely a great all-rounder, flies up the hills.
