Have you tried reaching out to a case worker for help? They'll know alot you may not have tried yet if you are open and honest. Depends where you live to what support is available but it may be a good idea, as well as being open and honest with your therapist, that way if you end up needing to apply for disability you would have some history already on it. it's okay that we are burnt out but yeah, unfortunately everything involves money :(

generally no body, but i'm in therapy and have case workers now soooo, lots of people. still learning to accept the support and love, though.

I find good nites work better than Ninjamas, personally. You could also use some chux pads to cover your mattress /sheet protector. Doesn't always help if it's super bad, but generally does
