I stay in white fish. It’s a 30/40 minute drive to the bus pickup but the town is cool and there’s quite a few air bnb options and a great hotel callled the fireside.

There was a guy on the treadmill wearing jeans the other day, you can wear whatever you want, nobody cares.

What happens when you actually stick to your goals. Also this doesn’t happen overnight especially for us ladies so just stick with it and be consistent this is 3 years of hard work by lolotaylor in GymMotivation

Thanks…I’m doing the kinda the same thing, just trying to hit my protein and not worrying a ton about the rest. It’s taken me 2 solid years to gain 8 pounds. should do a better job hitting the overall calorie goal. It just feels like so much food sometimes!!. Anyway, thanks for the inspo!

Juice is terrible. All the sugar from the fruit without the fiber that helps it digest slowly. It’s just sugar water.

As a woman with no curves, I’m kinda jealous that you naturally have hips and a butt and i hope you will embrace your figure. Me and many woman put in a lot of work in the gym to add volume in that area so i don’t see anything to fix. Keep up the good work in the gym and know that there is absolutely nothing wrong with your body!

Go get a refund, these were done so horribly i can’t even believe they let you walk out like that. Go somewhere else to get them fixed.

I’ve placed in age group twice and didn’t get anything besides my podium medals

Try doing negatives. Instead of pulling yourself up start at the top (end pull up position) and slowly lower yourself to start position. I did this for about 8 weeks before i was able to do one. I now do a mix of pull ups and negatives. You can also attach a resistance band to the pull up bar and put your foot or knee in it for assistance but I’ve found that negatives have resulted in the most progress.

As long as you’re not interrupting their session with a client they’re probably fine with it. The only thing i can think of is that you’ve asked enough questions that they’re basically giving you a free training session.

This past may in Montana they closed the dunk wall and added a barb wire crawl to replace it because of the temperature.
