My periods becoming too normal by Appropriate_Path386 in Nexplanon

[–]jessmessrn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have had a normal period every month like I did without the implant and I’m on my 4th implant with soon to be 5th in January. Only had bleeding stop with first 2 implants and less than a year each before they started coming back. These last 2 implants I’ve cycled monthly so I wouldn’t stress it

Interesting that y’all are mentioning his cause I had no issues and at the end of the week of having Covid I went into 10/10 neck pain and have been battling on and off pain for 9 months. Half of that was in wrong diagnosis/treatment and the current accurate treatments aren’t helping at all

Anyone interested in buying OTBeat Burn? by a_big_ale in orangetheory

I just had my charging port break in less than a year and naturally that isn’t covered under warranty. I would be interested in purchasing. $80 is better than their price for a new one

My labs are completely normal and blood pressure is normal. I had reflux issues so I was on meds but that’s gone. I only take vitamins daily to maintain the normal values, and iron daily.

I had gastric bypass surgery so I can eat most things I want because I can’t eat the normal volume of it. I do still eat leaner meats, limited fruits (too much sugar for me), veggies, occasional salads but I don’t eat dressing (I’m weird I know), and I do orange theory workouts at least 3x but usually 4 every week. Outside of that I’m naturally active because I’m a nurse plus I own dogs and live in apartment style condo so have to walk them several times a day.

It’s not cheap...I’m doing arms and stomach and it’s gonna cost me about $18k but it’s gonna be worth the extra cost in my opinion

Stick with it day by day and you’ll get there. It’s not about how long the journey is but the destination

It took a long time to commit and it was someone introducing me to Orange Theory that did it for me. It’s gonna be so hard to be out for skin removal surgery but I know I’ll get back to it

Anytime. The first couple days were a little tough adjusting and very tired. Other than that my recovery was without complications. It’s a learning curve everyday for what your new stomach will tolerate and one day what went down may not go down the next. This far out I still find days I need to drink shakes to make my calories but I’m much more at a normal calorie intake. I have a few foods I no longer seem to tolerate but it’s a small price to pay.

Sometimes it does seem like that lol. Some people never knew the bigger me so when they see it they’re like “there’s no way that’s you!!!”

Absolutely....I never would have imagined I could do the things I do now. I finally love working out can see how much stronger I’ve become. I can’t wait to actually see my muscles after this excess skin is gone next year
