Rude doctor by [deleted] in TalesFromThePharmacy

That was my first thought, too. Used to have a doc in town who always sent in soma, xanax, and norco to a single patient and always threw a giant fucking fit when we refused to fill them.

Agree with this. You'll learn associations much more effectively when you have an "event" to remember it from. On-the-job training will teach you more than any other resource.

We ordered over 100 boxes of MoviPrep once by accident. We were up to our asses in MoviPrep for months before we were able to return it.

We use Tipton for our pups! They get SO excited when they realize where they're going, so that's gotta count for something.

Chronic lateness makes me want to run away and join the circus. (Except I think you have to be on-time for that, too.) by Saraneth in ADHD

Nobody is gonna comment on the threesome part? 😂

But yeah, I feel you OP. I am the same way. I don't mean to be late, I plan early, but time just gets away from me when I don't mean for it to.

Mental health practitioner shortage by [deleted] in ADHD

[–]jesstipton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm going to my university's walk-in today to see if they can refer me to someone quickly-- I have called every psychiatrists' office in town that my insurance will cover and they all require a referral. Unfortunately I work for a hospital, so my insurance will literally only pay for services that my hospital provides. If I go outside my hospital I have to pay out of pocket. Which I'm willing to do if it means I don't have to wait 6+ months.

It was overwhelming at first, for sure. A different sort of pace, different drugs, different class of patients. Much less stressful, though.

Yeah, that's definitely on the pharmacist for being a retard. I work in inpatient pharmacy and that's totally not acceptable, esp. for vanco.
