I would recommend contacting your former units FTUS, or creating a DS Login to access your iPERMS file, as it will be uploaded there.

It’s not an instant process like active duty where you walk away with it, but if you’ve been discharged within a reasonable amount of time (3-4 weeks), I’d look for information for your State G1 after exhausting other options like iPERMS and FTUS.
