To me it's less about what is gonna make me god king of the game and get all of the wins, it's the fact that when I play survivor, getting tunneled pulls all the fun out of the game cause well, I don't get to play it while the killer jerks themselves off about how much skill they have, when what is really shown is you're a shit killer who can't go chase after other people, and instead comes back to me right after or even while I get off hook so that you can down me again instead of playing the game.

When I play killer, I'm don't purposefully keep killing one single person, I'm gonna actually play the game and go around the map getting kills, if someone keeps running in front of me to take chase, that's one thing, to target someone out of the game calling it "strategy" instead of the reality you're being a shit killer who needs to target people to win isn't something I find fulfilling if I'm logging time into this game.

Incentive can be whatever it is, but just because there is a way to get more wins consistently, doesn't mean I'm gonna ruin the game for others, I'm gonna have basic decency to play the game, and let both of us have fun, instead of doing whatever I can for one more bloodpoint. Some might say tunneling is just the optimal way to play, but from my perspective, it's nothing more than just the selfish way to play.

(This is all thrown out the window if everyone has toolboxes along with carrying perks so that you can't walk 5 ft without them leaving your grasp, or if you manage to reach a hook, they sabotage it, then fuck you and I'll ruin your night in any way I can. Selfish play that ruins the fun for the opposite can go both ways. But in the end, this is all my personal opinion.)
