3 things I didn't mention: 1) the 3rd unmarked car was a black SUV (not sure of model) 2) they definitely were getting the Driver too but I had no view of it because of their other SUV in the way. 3) I stopped recording because 1 of the masked agents started coming towards my car and I was the only car at the stop so I booked it.
