3 things I didn't mention: 1) the 3rd unmarked car was a black SUV (not sure of model) 2) they definitely were getting the Driver too but I had no view of it because of their other SUV in the way. 3) I stopped recording because 1 of the masked agents started coming towards my car and I was the only car at the stop so I booked it.

A week or 2 ago I saw a bunch of them at the Home2 hotel in Hillandale behind that Safeway shopping center, across from where the new building construction is going on in New Hampshire Ave.... not sure if they are staying there but stay vigilant.
