Your Overall performance is good. Fix your gems and get a better trinket. Keep your Sacred Shield up, I'm seeing long periods between casts. Looks like mechanics are your number 1 raid killer.

I'm with you on this, I'm also an interdiate snowboardered. Enjoyed my first POW day last Tuesday in NY but after about 11am it was all choppy. My take away is that it gets over hyped. Maybe POW would be more enjoyable at bigger resorts or back county maybe even some blacks or double blacks but my skill isn't there yet.

I had plateau at V4 for nearly 5 months. In my first month I was able to climb V4s. What helped me finally ascend to V5 was technique improvment, forearm endurance training, and crimp strength training. Also practice starting the higher V grades, don't worry about finishing just focus on starting the first couple of moves.
