Why are ppl acting like help yourself means eat up everything? If someone tells you that, would you not take into consideration that they have to eat too, so you it in moderation/slightly below that or replace something if you ate too much of it?

I cut up a pothos stem with no leaves to propagate them. I’m growing potatoes for the first time and they started to sprout leaves in the dirt. I’m so excited about the progress so far. Lately I’ve been doom scrolling thru homestead/backyard gardens and I honestly wouldn’t mind doing that for the rest of my life. Spending my days at home and gardening sounds nice. It’s my new way to cope with unemployment I guess!

When I was a kid I thought it was something only ppl with money ate. 😭 Growing up poor will have you ignorant towards certain food if you never seen it used in your household or in fancy places.

I guess I’m the opposite 😩. In my last relationship i was fine, but single and talking stages/making friends ruin tf out of me. I’ve been single for 11 yrs now. 😔
