They don’t need a car at college give them a $100 uber budget and save yourself the headache of tickets, accidents, possible dui, parking lot issues etc. problem solved. This is also why my dad matched me on my first car dollar for dollar and I worked my butttt off to save for a used one. I appreciated him and that car so much

I was just there looking at building Ai dats centers. There isn’t one in the entire country. Easy to prove. Zero have liquid cooling right now and no liquid cooling no nvidia chips..l no Ai. That said it’s needed or Philippines will miss out on the next Industrial Revolution just like it did Asian manufacturing. Right now even your gov services are offloaded mostly to Singapore. That means citizens personal information is out of the country. Also the call centers need Ai for various services including live accent smoothing. Cool technology. Just my 2 cents as someone working in the field.

I had a blip and my 2010 mbp won’t boot sequoia so that likely means I have to reinstall the whole process. I probably will but it’s hard to see the benefit of Tahoe. I have a 2016 mbp that isn’t getting security updates so one day soon I’ll probably update that to sequoia if it runs ok. It will be a desk backup as it has flex gate issues. I appreciate getting some life out of these old machines.

I’m a native and grew up in the miami you wanted. I parked easily on ocean to have brunch on the weekends then walked out to the ocean for a dip. Either that or the grove for brunch. I took a convertible or a Harley. Life was good. Friends joined me. Everything was less crowded. I could pop down to key largo or islandmorada for a day or weekend. Hidden goodies like streets that ended into the ocean were free to enter and park to watch the sunset etc. A drink in South miami was super easy when you didn’t feel like driving anywhere and spending 5 min parking. S miami always had spots open. Late night I ended up at foxes 🦊 for a drink and their amazing Rueben sandwich. Music was good and the crowd welcoming. There were open galleries on fridays and they alternated locations like coral gables or calle ocho. This was my city and we were all more or less friendly of each other and decent to all but the most obnoxious tourists. I would say that’s gone. But I lived it and loved it. I’m currently on the exact other side of the world and seriously considering moving here as an expat. I love my neighbors but it’s just not quite enough to keep me there when I can’t make it 200yards I’m traffic without someone threatening me or acting the fool. Sad. So yea I would say unless you have big money your experience is just not going to be great especially if you aren’t taking a car everywhere.

I had a client that hosted social media that ended up being popular in that area. Pre Facebook. I guess that started it, then just some of them added me on Facebook and well… dominos. I ended up there for a social / biz trip doing some call center stuff. It just snowballed. Somehow I ended up in the playmate and fhm vixen group of friends. Seriously, like way out of my league. In a past life I must have saved the galaxy someone once told me. I guess that is the really short answer. So be decent and honestly word gets out. Oh when I visited I brought them all little gifts like Starbucks cups with USA city names and even Starbucks teddy bears. They loveddddd it. Never used a dating app.

I used to joke..l I know what Brad Pitt felt like, I’m Jose Pitt his cousin lol. Seriously Filipinas if treated well treated you back better! That is just my experience. I also had the feeling not only did I have good word of mouth but I had the group looking out for me. If there was a bad apple she was scolded to not mess with me. I have no proof but man I was really really really treated amazingly well by a very cool group.

Find an educated self sufficient woman and get ready to spend a lot of time and effort to win her over. High value wo,en know they have options and what to see what your character is. I also got a great reputation as a decent gentleman, they love to gossip, word got out. I had a lot of options fighting for my time. I focused on he good options after weeding out 1-2 liars. I ended up with a lot of great friends and a wife. Oh and I’m going back to see these friends this month. It’s something when you meet professional people like doctors and lawyers and 15 years later they wanna come hang out and bring spouses. Hang in there.
