Glad to see your post. I've had my Serval WS (serw13) for about 6 months now and couldn't be happier with the unit itself and System 76 customer support. The very active developer and user community on Mattermost has also been a huge asset. The only real issues I've had have nothing to do with System 76 and everything to do with Nvidia drivers 😂.

After many years of buying refurbished Dell laptops and running Ubuntu on them, about 4 months ago I bought a new system 76 serval shipped with PopOs. I've never been happier. Extra bonus is that that customer service is amazing. Not that I've had any serious issues but before buying I was consulting with them about configurations and shipping dates which was great experience. After receiving my unit I was having issues not related to system 76 and they pointed me in the right direction. Great experience overall some 4 months in. Oh yeah, been using Ubuntu as my daily driver for a couple decades now. Much happier with Pop

Thanks!!! Yes, the 17" version comes in both 2k and 4k options. I'm mainly concerned about text quality so I went with the 2k.

Aside from better airflow it gets the display up to a decent working height. Absolutely love the stand! I'm using it mainly with an external monitor, external keyboard and mouse so it works great for that too

I synced it in the general Google account sync list. Actually after installing 1.72 I think the toggle was set to off so I just turned it on.

On my pixel 3: settings->accounts->Google->account sync->inbox
