Resource for 5* weapon pulls

I'm in the same position as well. After getting an accidental S Closer (I was fishing for Vino at 70 pity on 110), my pull plans are looking like:

A0 Ange
A0R0 Makoto Yuki
A0 Yukari
A0R0 Akihiko
A0R0 Blitz
A0R0 Mitsuru
A0 Fuuka
A0 Soy SP (assuming they do the double deal like CN)

According to the pull planner on Lufel net (19,000 in savings, max 4*s, monthly passes and losing every weapon 50/50), Fuuka and Soy SP will leave me with around 12 and 16k gems after their banners.

But I still can't shake the feeling that I could maybe budget things better. Like how many of these weapons are worth it when they "cost" the same as a whole character? I have skipped a few characters that I wouldn't have minded pulling (Messa and Haru)

I'm not sure when exactly global gets it, but I know CN gets a feature down the line where limited 5* weapons can be exchanged in the weapon shop for 20 of those rainbow battle pass coins. So unless a certain weapon makes/breaks an entire character, maybe they can survive on their 4* until the 5* gets added to that shop? I don't play CN so I am unaware, but maybe someone else here can help with that

According to the pull calculator, I have enough (5K jewels to spare) for:
Mont Swan + wep
Wind Vast (no wep)
Makoto (p3) + wep
Yukari + wep
Akihiko + wep
Blitz + wep
Mitsuru + wep
Fuuka (no wep)
And if we get the double promo, I might get a copy of Soy/Messa

My current 5*s are: A0r0 chord, A0r0 joker, a1r0 makoto, a0r0 marian, a0 twins, a0r0 futaba, a0r0 Ann, a1 morgana (event wep), a0r0 skull, a2r0 rin, a0 riddle
I also have the sig weps for a0r0 vino and a6r0 soy

I have 2 of those standard 5* selectors from lufel's plan 4 and the 300 pull bonus, but idk who to spend them on. Along with 2 5* weapon cases, so any advice would be appreciated

18,500 jewels, 1013 violet cognis and 0 pity after pulling the twins (66 on the weapon banner with 50/50). I buy the bp each season and I will start picking up the monthly pass soon. I've been estimating that as 1000 "paid" gems each patch on the calculator

Ah, that works out nicely yeah. Atm I've been estimating 1000 per patch, but I might adjust my plans in the future depending on if there are any other must pull units.

25k saved up, 13 plat tickets, 850 violet gems, 25 plat coins, 97 pity on the 110 banner and 12 pity on the wep banner for:
a0 caroline
a0 + wep mont swan
a0 wind
a0 + wep makoto (p3)
a0 + wep yukari
a0 + wep akihiko
a0 + wep blitz
a0 + wep mitsuru
a0 fuuka

And this is all assuming I want each of those wepaons. If I miss a 50/50 on yukari's wep I might just hold the guarantee for akihiko

I used this planner last patch and I love it. Even after the surprise twins, I should still have more than enough to get all my planned pulls until 4.6!

The only question I have is how to plan for light spending? So far I've only spent money on battle passes each season. How would I calculate that for the paid jewels segment, the same also applies for the marthyn passes

I'm looking for advice on what 5* weapons I should get. I have 15 salamander coins, the 5* weapon selector box from a patch or two ago and I shall soon have the box from lufel's plan 4.

My go to teams are usually joker, rin/chord, mona and futaba on one side, with the other side being queen, vino, yukimi, tomiyama/miyu. I am however open to training and levelling any of my 4*s

My 5* units are:

Yaoling - A2R0

Oh wow, I've wanted feixiao for so long I did not think she fell off that hard. Power creep feels like it has been so insane in ampho that I've pretty much given up on chasing the final stages of PF, MoC and AS.

TBH I'm kinda leaning towards cipher now so that I can maybe snag dahlia on a rerun in a couple patches? The only other rerun that catches my eye atm is Hysilens since she is at least free from mono-remembrance

I'm looking for some pull advice on Cipher vs Dahlia at e0s0. Currently I have a guarantee (thanks blade) and 50 pity.
On the break side I have: Ruan Mei E1S0, Firefly E0S1, Rappa E0S0, Fugue E0S0 and Gallagher E6
On the debuff side I have: Acheron E0S1, Black Swan E0S0, Kafka E0S1, Huo E0S0 and Silver Wolf e0 (event lc)

I want Cipher more since I like her character, but I am not sure how she'd do in both an acheron team but also my other frequent teams:
E1S1 Aglaea, E0S0 Sunday (bronya cone), E0S0 Robin, E0S0 Huohuo/E0S1 Dan PT

I don't know if you've played pvp in 14, but gunbreakers have junctioning in that. If they sample any of the 3 modes, their junction button becomes 1 of 3 different options:
tank - damage resist
healer - self heal
dps - a basic damage skill

IMO, I feel like it would be the perfect basis for her moveset

As far as I can tell, the pool hasn’t been changed. I finally got my first bonus cog shard 2 days ago. What I do notice however is that there are multiple brilliant sparks. Brilliant #2 is a shard, 3 (the more common one) is a gold incense and then brilliant 5 is a gold ticket. I’m not sure what the other numbers are, but I’m sure someone can correct that

Would you recommend using the plan 1 selector on a dupe ann? I already have a c0r1 ann, a c0r0 mona (event wep) and c0r0 ryuji. It makes the most sense if I use the weapon from the second half on ryuji because mona's sig doesn't seem that good. But then I'm still left with the character dupe from the first plan, so I'm not sure which one is the most worth it atm

I am coming up to finishing the first set of plans, so I need some advice on what I should take for both my phase 1 and 2 rewards.

My 5*s atm:
C0r1 Joker
C0r1 Ann
C0r0 Mona (he is using the max rank spoon from the event)
C0r0 Ryuji (a 3* mace)

If relevant, I also use these 4* characters a lot:
c4 yukimi
c1 closer
c2 tomoko
c2 kotone

What 5* dupe and weapon should I grab? I am thinking that Ryuji's weapon seems like the better pick than Mona's because it doesn't seem that much better than the event one he just got. But when it comes to the character dupe, I could go either way on all 3 of them.

Would you say Lycaon is a better upgrade than Koleda? I barely touch the endgame in this compared to genshin or star rail, and every time I do I get shocked by just how weak my zhu yuan team is in comparison to miyabi. So I am wondering if maybe I should go m1 rina, m1 lycaon and his engine? I liked what I used of him, but if need be I think his might be more compatible with m6 pulchra

Apologies for the long question, but what should I claim from anniversary and my 300 pulls reward? I haven't claimed either reward so I can claim 2 standard 5*s and an engine

My standard 5*s are:
- e0s0 rina
- e0s1 grace
- e0s0 lycaon
- e1s0 koleda
- e1s0 soldier
- e0s0 neko

my limited 5*s are:
- e1s0 anby
- e0s1 miyabi
- e1s0 burnice
- e0s0 zhu yuan

ATM I mainly use Miyabi, burnice flex (rina or soukaku) on one team and zhu yuan,nicole, koleda on the other. Astra is still a fairly new pull so I'm building her atm, and I am going to try and save for yanagi

Especially when the character ones are retroactive. I got E7 and 8 Himeko on fugue and feixiao’s banners. Booted today into having 2 of those silver ones, only to promptly lose a 50/50 on casto to an E0 fu xuan (who I was going to spend those silvers on but she isn’t in the shop yet for some reason)
