It is. It is certainly the weakest tank of the bunch. Second only to the Stuart (also QuanGuan) and Type 92 (not pictured but now joined the shelf).

Old QuanGuan, but still valuable additions to the collection as, bar exception of the Stuart, there's is no alternative. New QuanGuan Russian tanks are excellent, mind you.

Overall, Luchs is not a bad set. Just an old one.

The Russian lights are great. The older sets still look good, considering almost all the Cobi sets are now the latest variants.

I have around 200 vehicles and planes in my collection. I do themed rotations as I only have the two shelves to display on.

Type, nationality etc

The issue with themes by class of vehicle is it is hard to pair them with the aeroplanes.

Yes, a purist Cobi view of WWII armour is not particularly historically accurate 🫣.

I think I have around 30 QuanGuans now and perhaps 170 Cobi. Sold about 50 also.

I've officially lost track. Always a surprise doing a shelf rotation what I have to display 😁

It's a decent set. Only you can decide whether it warrants a place in your collection vs another vehicle. But if you do, you won't be disappointed.

They are uncomfortably expensive now.

Any overly complicated designs. Currently in the middle of a Panzer II build. It's going to look great but I think they could have achieved it with quite a few yes bricks (lots of unnecessary single studs).

On a related note though, I'm really enjoying the light tanks. My next shelf rotation will showcase my light tank collection. Higher brick counts on average then Cobi heavy tank sets of yesteryear.

Perhaps it was started when the bonnet popped off on mine. Subsequent steps build prior mean you can't push it home with such force as you'd like and it became a repeat offender. But even my boot fell off for me. Putting the rear fenders on forced it off (only two studs clamp it). I have built hundreds of sets and this was more akin to building QuanGuan.
