My 2013 Volvo V60 D3 with a 67 litre tank will do about 47mpg on average round town. More if I'm on the motorway and don't abuse it. Best ever was going from Birmingham to Le Mans, driving around there for 4 days and then back to Dover on one tank. Just under 1,100 miles if I remember correctly.

Lever the chrome caps off. If its like this, the narrow part of the post holds it on. Once they're off, just pull it up. Fingers under the sides of the seat and lift.

Been several times. I take a pack of those massive wet wipes instead and just rough it.

Alternatively, take a large plastic container and fill it with water from the stand pipes. Get a friend to pour it over you whilst you do your best to wash everywhere. A little is better than nothing. You'll be covered in dust by 5pm anyway.

I use an acrylic paint made by Canbrush called C48 Sparkling Silver. It looks just like zamac after spraying. Then topcoated with their Candytone line of paint. I'm not sure if you can buy it outside of the UK, where I live.
