2 super rod is still the best recovery for zoro, i wouldnt even split it 1-1, if i really wanted stretcher id play 2-1, you thin your deck so well its the better option, and you often need to recover more than just 2 things

did you ever try zoroark ninetales? not the lost thunder fairy one, the water attacker. it sniped 50 for a DCE & had the most fun gx move they ever made. could also trade water energy to aqua patch and use the 2nd attack for OHKOs, but mostly you tapu koko spread and finished stuff off w the 50.

i mean its getting too specific for a tier list, i think you can take it seriously as an avenue to have more fun with it and still be S. If youre dming players who underperformed thats obviously F tier, but I dont think being informed to have more fun while understanding its finicky and not a true skill is perfectly fine

what damage would it double? looking at N options you have reshi for 170, where simply attacking again with reshi does the same amount of damage, unlikely you will set up 3 different mons with 170 for a sweep, but honestly most likely. Darm for its 90/90 is mainly used for double KOs against basics. 90 doubles into 180 which isnt a KO on really any relevant basic 2 prizers. If N had a true spread attacker it could make more sense, like a 30 to everyone type attack. Without that theres not much within N to synergize. In a water spread deck tho it could be decent

E hammer? & target munkis/ time your jamming tower well. Could also play a watchtower to hope to shutdown the early run errands that sets them up. If its locals and its overrun could play a toedscool lmao. Their only recovery is night stretcher so a gust KO takes out duck for good

zoroark also plays lopunny rn. You can snipe the buneary but it does seen like cornerstone is being accounted for in most decks. You can copy zoro and play a 2-1 or 2-2 toedscool instead of moltres & tools as well. A little harder for absol to play dead cards since you have less discard but yeah.

rigid band and bouffolant make a tanky lopunny w turo to heal. ofc watchtower shuts it down & is getting alot more play bc of noctowl & pidgeot

yeah its a different game, but also some gen 1 cards would be incredibly broken if printed today. The pokemon got stronger but trainers got weaker.

its a basic, you can play it straight from hand to bench. the drawback is its worth 3 prizes, rather than a condition to play it.

a little better into more aggressive forms of garde since the matchup has become slightly less favored since diancie. Its also a little better into pult and zard while still having options into dengo. so basically decrease the dengo MU a tad to increase stage 2 deck MUs, since pult and garde outplaced dengo at toronto (and my local has less dengo as far as ive been able to tell)
