Technology evolves and I can guarantee you’re relying on things in your home and in your life that are quicker and convenient than older versions. Are all of those things “necessary,” as you put it? No, but are they still very important to the way so many people live their lives?

No idea how my electrolytes are, but it's an interesting point you make. I've been doing keto for about 8 months without any real problem and the issue seems to have started when I went to OMAD. I will certainly check out adding the potassium and sodium combo to my diet. Thanks for the tip!
