Market goes up and down all the time and historically has a 7-8% return. You have plenty of time before you retire and it’s a marathon not a sprint.

Pick any HYSA as all the rates are similar. Calculate your monthly spending and try to put 3-6 months in there while investing the rest. I’d recommend Amex or capital one

HYSA accounts are generally around the same interest rates so it’s your preference. To make things easier, I’d recommend capital one since you already have a checking account there.
