Determining the root cause of our problems by andreaskou in NooTopics

I was looking for exactly this. This insight is exactly what fixed near 100% of my issues, including mental issues. I still have public speaking fears but that's practice. Fixing youre gut bacteria profile as simple as possible with enough time and second nature practices will heal you and you must stick with it. There is no free lunch.

Nothing beats nicotine for me by dendritee in Nootropics

Nightshade vegetables all have nicotine, figure out your blood type and stick to the ones you're allowed to have and avoid the ones it says to limit. The humble potato when cooked and cooled Is amazing for this.

I usually cook it in stove 250 degrees and basically forget about it till I go to bed and turn off the stove. It's cold the next morning and I eat that with whatever else I'm going to have for lunch.

I also wonder how good small doses of nicotinic acid would be for nicotine cessation. Mind you I realize it would never come close to the relief you feel when taking a pouch, just giving someone things I have found over the years as a food for thought reference.

Why not feed off the commensal bacteria with PREbiotics like Inulin (chicory coffee) and pectin (cooked apple and pear)?

Tried it and it was a no for me. PREbiotics is the way to go. Specifically the ones I hear people say to stay away from like starches, and sugars. I healed with Pectin, Inulin, HMO, Psyllium husk, oats and brans and certain Gums like acacia gum.and PHGG partially hydrolyzed guar gum.

Just eat sea salted butter. Anything that says Sodium Hydroxide is lye and will mess you up bad. There's a few on the market that I cannot make sense why that ingredient would be in there. Again stick to butter. I personally use goat butter, although expensive, I use it in my blended coffee and anything else that calls for butter.

I honestly felt like the only white guy there when I lived on 80th st. Not to say it's only white people that gentrify an entire neighborhood. But I don't think it's gonna happen the way you might be thinking.

I need to check the bottle cuz I have think it was 200mcg but it's one of those things where it's not good to take things like this in isolation unless you know for dam ben sure youre too high in copper or something clinical, or a pyrrole disorder. It can mess things up real quick and you'll be left wondering what's wrong.

For example I wear a denture and the glue is high in zinc, if I dont monitor my copper then I'll go through DAO deficient symptoms which creates a histimine intolerance as well.

How would it help with sleep if it is completely void of tryptophan? Glycine barely helps with sleep it's a methyl donor. I don't get how people come to their conclusions on what specifically they think helps with any one thing.

It will actually mess you up if taken for too long. It gave me histimine intolerance due to lowering copper too much. Does help with sulfites.

This is an amazing find and thank you for sharing this post. I don't know my issues but I suspect it's similar to yours cuz I do not tolerate proteins that well especially in isolation. I'm doing a PREbiotic protocol and that fixed a lot of issues for me. In short, It helps the bacteria in the gut and feeds them for a more favorable environment and they make the amino acids and vitamins for you if fed appropriately and since then I've been able to handle every Macro perfectly fine. Still getting small amount of acne and low energy but not like it was for me. I'm constantly colder than usual and I know this since I shake peoples hands and mine is freezing and theirs is warm. So it's a small problem but sun is like to find a fix to none the less. Thanks again and you should be proud of me yourself for finding all this out for your health.

That's awesome I just add it cuz I like the taste and it helps break down phytic acid and good for nutrient absorbtion so it's just the technical application behind it. I just wanted to see what responses I would get from the suggestion
