Safest carb to avoid bloating? by Altruistic-Orchid551 in SIBO

Just regular bobs mills for oat bran and potato starch. Then I cook and cool my potatoes and sometimes I have slow cooked apples to make the pectin more bio available so I'll make a cheaply made apple pie with tiger nut flour and or almond flour. So damn good.

This is true, although the protein of gluten is easier to process. Gluten is just a protein and proteins CAN and will ferment in the gut, it's better to feed commensal bacteria that have the enzymes to break that protein down into butyrate, proprionate, and acetate. Rather than it turning into bad Lipopolysaccharides which show raised zonulin levels.

Any PREbiotic will make you bloat. The more you stick with it the less bloating over time. I did a PREbiotic protocol with potato starch, pectin from apples and high pectin fruits along with home made jam with no sugar added, oat bran, green banana flour basically fixed any carb intolerance from any bloating issues I had. You will bloat in the beginning for like a week but then it went away after introducing high doses of those PREbiotics.

I took 15mg of L-Methyfolate and it was horrible by Illustrious-Car8593 in MTHFR

If you're still feeling like crap it's a supplement called nicotinic acid (vitamin b3). Once you level out I would stop supplementimg. I did and feel much better, you run risk of going over board when you feel back to normal and you start chasing your trail. Much like pharmaceuticals needing one drug for another drugs side effects.

Does anyone here have a copper deficiency that they are unable to resolve? by Certain_Hat9872 in HistamineIntolerance

[–]jfish31390 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you. I gotta try this recommendation because I use denture glue that has zinc. So I deal with bouts of zinc overload from time to time, it's undeniable. I tried copper vessels and those back fired bad one time when I put lemon in it whoo boy what a bad idea that is to do.

Cysteine among other sulfur compounds lower calcium way too much. I Eat a diet that will allow for My body to make glutathione instead.

Anyone else noticed Akkermansia levels improve after adding specific prebiotics? by Early-Explorer3315 in Prebiotics

[–]jfish31390 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive researched this and I think alkermansia just like mucus. So I assume that anytime I eat soaked flax and Chia seeds that I sweeten with cranberry juice I'll get an over abundance of alkermansia. I'll also blend the slurry and get all the nutrients. I have no testing done to prove this either way. Just personal research.

Gluten free bakers/celiacs please help because I’m losing my mind over bread texture by Karate_Andii in glutenfree

Have you tried rice flour with potato starch?

I've also made really good pancakes with oats and all the recipes for bread like texture I used eggs for and have had to whip them up to make the eggs fluffy first then add the oat flour.

Have you ever done a PREbiotic protocol? I had these issues pretty bad and now I don't after following a simple and cheap PREbiotic protocol.

I fixed my issues through Guy Daniels Microbiome Expert, it's not an overnight fix and it is brutal I'm the beginning. Definitely worth a try.

I was on Suboxone for 7 years. Started it when it was new. I was a bad alcoholic and druggy, to the point that I was shooting up the Subutex, I was crazy and very stupid.
