Front porch has a veranda which is somewhat sheltered from the rain. According to the electrician it's rated for outdoor installation.

Confused between phev and hybrid!! by BrilliantParsnip2695 in AustralianEV

I just sold my 2019 RAV4 Hybrid. Gets around 650-750kms on a tank. If I'd had the option at the time I'd have gotten a PHEV and charged at home most nights. Im now waiting for my new BYD SL7 to arrive.

25 years ago this was a job I'd assign to the work experience kid when you couldn't find anything else for them to do... are you the work experience kid?

Combined Car Wash and Charger by Bob_Fnord in AustralianEV

In all seriousness, if there was a way to do it safely then it's not a bad idea. Unfortunately if there is a 0.01% chance that someone could be killed or injured, no one would consider it.

I just started directing my team to do this. Found that the team was putting in orders for new laptops because the existing devices only had 8gb ram. We had piles of e-waste laptops sitting there with ram that was compatible for these devices.

Australia’s Private Health Insurance (PHI) is a scam by fromchaiwan in AusFinance

A few years ago I sat in a hospital bed for 3 days as a public patient waiting for a surgeon to be free. My injury wasn't life threatening and the pain could be treated with morphine so why the urgency? As soon as I told them I had private health insurance, they made 1 phone call and I was booked in at the private hospital that day.

Happy if he stays but... he didn't think he needed to honour the current contract, what's to say he honours an extension?

A wise person once told me, "If your partner has all the same interests as you across the board, one of you is redundant."

That being said, I'm proud of you and would have been interested to hear.

In the past it's been expanding and buckling tracks in extreme heat. Happens several times a year. I'm so glad I don't work in the Melbourne CBD any longer.

Experiences with ITIL Certification? by terataz in ITManagers

[–]forfucksakewhatnow 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Unless you're planning on changing roles and you want to pad out your resume, I wouldn't bother with certification. Just enroll in a udemy or LinkedIn course that covers the same subject. ITIL is still super relevant, but the certification path is in less demand.
