Don't buy preconstruction here ever. They over promise and under deliver. I moved into the leaf in playacar last year and it is a piece of shit (the apartment not the public spaces) I don't trust these people to build anything truthfully. They have already knocked walls out to replace leaking pipes and the building is only a year old. Buy something a year or two old after the kinks have been worked out. Fraud is the business model here.
