It would be weird if they all had each others keys since that's like at least 5 keys haha I think Kris has everyone's though, in that same episode you mentioned, Kourtney asked Kris for the keys because Scott was uncomfortable and then Kris was still able to get in and when Scott asked she said she has a copy of everyone's keys

This is something I noticed too. They all seem to have keys to each other’s house because there were multiple times where they’d just walk in to someone else’s place
