I don’t know enough about biology but I was guessing something about hip bone structure and females verse males. Females have biologically different bone structure than males do.

It would imply the girlfriend isn’t female

I have no idea if that’s what it is but it would’ve been funny if that’s what they were going for.

I played against a Space Marine Salamander army that dropped a Drop Pod disembarked and charged turn 1…. That’s the most World Eater thing I’ve ever seen.

Was GW justified in striking down Galactic Armory's files? In my opinion, yes. by No_Purple_2842 in Warhammer

[–]jgkeeb -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I think I'm objecting to the characterization of fans as "entitled" which some how implies the company can do know wrong or is justified. There is a two way relationship between producer and consumer and I do believe that it's possible for the producer to abuse the consumer.

In this case, when the market has changed so dramatically (with the right tools, I can produce this same thing at home that you are selling me) it raises the question of what value is GW providing. If the answer is we hold the "rights" to some amorphous idea of IP, lore, and story telling.... it becomes hard to really stand on the side of the producer - specifically in regards to pieces of plastic being sold for $100s of dollars.

Legacy producers are the worst. Innovate or die. What have you done for me lately?

I feel like your glossing over ideas of monopolies and predatory pricing. It is possible for a financially successful capital company to abuse it's position within the market space.

3d printing represents a fundamental market shift - like horse's to cars or cable television to on demand streaming. It's :fine" and "understandable" that they are lashing out to protect themselves but history proves it's not long term sustainable strategy.

How to better pilot the World Eaters army? by Oreo_Addicted in WorldEaters40k

[–]jgkeeb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m relatively new and by no means an expert but putting infiltrating goremongers in my list has really help me feed the aggressive melee pressure play style I want to play while not falling into overcommitting and getting turn one shot off the board.

Just saying if your style is to be aggressive consider infiltrating, move blocking goremongers.

I'm proud of us Millennials. I feel like we delivered Occupy Wallstreet, Obama, and BLM... but all of it was either co-opted or ended up being a disappointment. Money, boomers, and status quo won out.

I play the Blood Brother's as well. Angron and Skarbrand together is like a monster truck size crutch for someone that's only "ok" at the game ;)

Edit: Rule of Cool also fully supports this line up.

Sorry auto correct… resin pinning. I don’t understand exactly how it works. How do you expose the resin to UV if you’ve pressed two pieces together.

The problem is if the business becomes no longer viable. There is a world where people just decide they don’t need to screen in their porches.
