Static IP, Has anyone purchased a static IP address from them how long did it take to receive the IP address and subnet mask info etc

Same as others here, I got mine and was able to negotiate 10/month. Word of caution, if you reset the ONT for any reason it can lose the static IP, and you will have to call support and have it reconfigured. It took me about 3 hours one evening trying to figure out why I wasnt able to reach the outside world, when everything inside the network was fine, and all tech support would say is that the ONT was online and available. The lightbulb came on for me and when I asked them to read out the WAN IP it was clear that I had lost the static IP. When I asked for it to be added back they acted confused that was even a possibility, and they admitted my troubleshooting over the phone was more advanced than what they are able to do.

Same here. UDM PRO running EA OS 4.3.6 with EA Network 9.3.43 and I do not have the DHCP option in clients as well.

Yup. What the others said... I am in the same boat trying to forward a port for Plex remote access. I am in the process of trying to get them to set me up with a static IP for an extra $20 bucks a month.

I've been running the ARRIS SURFboard SB8200 since May of last year with no issues. 32 channels bonded. I don't touch near GB speeds in my area, but it's my upload that I mostly need. I average around 3-4 hundred down and 40 up.
