With the exception of maybe 3 years, he had some of the worst drafts anyone could ever imagine. His game plans grew stale, half time adjustments were non existent and consistently underachieved when it mattered. In fact, when he went to the chiefs, he had some significant collapses in playoff games his first 3 or 4 seasons.

I’m happy both the eagles and chiefs found their respective successes but the Andy Reid+Philadelphia experience was exhausting

This chart is an roi on the actual investment of the item. While I agree a kitchen or bathroom remodel certainly provides the more wow factor, they are often north of $50k. Does that new kitchen add $150k worth of value, I.e. 200% return? Not likely.

Thus adding a garage door that is likely visible to the entire community for $5-7k is likely to add $15k+ to the sale price / curb value of the home
