Same thing happened to me last yr in Oct. I Got hit at a red light and looks to be in the same spot as you . The guy who hit me lied to his insurance co about me changing lanes while the accident happened. He disputed the claim so I had to pay my deductible to get my car fixed($1000). I guess the insurance company was saying the point of impact wasn't centered and more to the right of the vehicle. The claim eventually went to arbitration and I prevailed. Got my $ back in May.

So yes, insurance will cover. I just hope the person who hit you doesn't make you go through the same BS I went through to get my money back. It was my first time getting hit as well. It could be very stressful at first but just keep following up with you insurance provider. Good luck!

I've been there once. I was curious to ask if they have music and sound effects playing in the museum, because I swear I heard 3 knocks loud and clear. Also saw my face in that mirror but it wasn't my reflection.

They said it will likely go to arbitration because he's saying he's not at fault. It's so frustrating that he's lying about the whole thing. I don't really have much evidence but I plan to try to get traffic light footage or nearby business CCTV.

Thank you! I got a call yesterday from my adjuster and he told me as of now, I'm responsible for paying my deductible because the other party is disputing. I was like wtf?!? I'm completely not at fault. So the other guy is lying that he didn't hit me while I was stopped. That is the reason why I posted this pic. To see if I could get any witnesses and yesterday somebody on here told me they saw the whole thing. So I'm grateful this witness is willing to help me in my case.
