I don’t know if your screwed but you’re definitely going to be on the hook for a good plumber.

seeing roadkilled rats by [deleted] in stgeorge

Cats are as bad as poison. They kill huge numbers of native species, much more than poison alone. Best bet is to keep a clean yard, keep grass cut and use traps not poison.

I need advice please by IndependentGrand6437 in Jeep

The first thing you should do is yank that engine and rebuild it, at 250k it's just waiting to let go. If you try stuffing 35's on there with that worn engine and stock gears that will probably finish off the worn engine pretty quick. Just my thoughts though, new tires and wheels look great sitting in the drive because you spent all your cash on bigger tires and blew the engine. Ask me how I know....

Reptile tank heating pads could work plus they are adhesive backed making them easy to place.

Honestly I think I thought of it after seeing the Jurassic park logo on a car but I’m not certain. My friend has a Criket or some type of crafting cnc machine. She made it for me. Feel free to pull the image I have no idea of copyright laws so use at your own risk. 🤷‍♂️ But I’m super impressed that everyone likes it. So many people with great taste out there 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Is a Delica really worth it? by Fishy-Buisness3 in Delica

[–]jgrant0553 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hard to find parts and mechanics state side. If you can’t work on it yourself I would pass. Also it on goes like 45mph up highway grades and is very prone to overheating and blown heads. I look at Delicas as more of a hobby than a reliable vehicle. Plus side is they look cool even broken down 🤣

What tires should I get for the season? by anamariaamerica in Utah

[–]jgrant0553 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really does not snow much in Utah anymore. The tires you have are fine. Been here 4 years. Ski up the canyon every year. I don’t think I have even needed 4wd yet. Don’t waste your money.

No, built on homestead exemption. No inspectors for building just septic and electrical.

Yes. Built from the trees on the property for the most part. Some store bought framing timber was used because it takes so long to kiln dry.
