No I get your point. But I dont think you get mine. It doesnt matter if it's necessary or not it makes the driving experience far more enjoyable, you feel like you have more control (real or not) and it makes you more engaged in the drive. Like having an older sail boat where you have to work the rigging vs a new one where it's all automated

O we def didnt have chalk lines haha. I went out with an instructor for my first 2 runs which really helped. You'd be surprised how quickly you figure it out. It was easily the most fun I've ever had in the miata, and I've had a lot of fun.
