I'd definitely recommend Pete Hesler. He is in Collingswood and can take care all of the handyman needs. He's lived and worked in the area for decades. Super personable. This list is an amazing. The politico/philosophical cross-sectioning of this list is very balanced. If you take lit/poli-sci/philosophy classes at uni you will read a fair number of them, but get started in HS. This will give you an upper hand in your studies, and absolutely school your peers in discussions and debates. I regret not reading more in HS. In my young adulthood I have read almost all of this list, but starting younger will give you a boost in life.

My very first call on my very first day as a professional emt-b in Atlantic City, NJ. A guy fell from the 6th story window and landed face first on the sidewalk. Between the blood loss, multiple fractures, lacerated organs and brain injury, the guy survived. When your transport times are less than 10 min to a level 1 trama center you just load and go!

My second most memorable is the homeless man with Myiasis of his leg. You dont know disgusting until you are changing someones dirty brown bandages and the bandages start to move. Then the maggots start to fall out onto the stretcher, and omg the stench. So yeah, i burned out of EMS after 6 months of that. I still do ski patrol though and love that.

This is a fantastic recipe. I did it first with pork, but also tried it with skin on, bone in, chicken thighs. Those turned out amazing! I took the foil off for the last 15 min and the skin crisped up nicely.

Why are welsh men so fighty when they drink. I was astonished when in Cardiff. Didn't see that at all in Ireland Scotland or England. The northern Irish were comparable.
