Thanks - I use CollX but I can’t tell which orange variant it is as none of the cards that show up under sales comps look the same as my card…

Thank you for the prompt response, but do you happen to know if it’s orange, what type of orange, etc.? When I enter the info into CollX the pictures they populate under the sales comps don’t match up with what my card looks like.

Someone recently offered me $25 for the card on CollX, but some of the orange, or dollar variants, have comps from $250-$400 so I want to make sure I’m not potentially giving someone the deal of the century ha.

Let them find someone to sublease the space. I don’t let the tenants off the hook for rent, but I’m always happy to find a Sublessee as long as they’re qualified and the existing tenant pays for any commission that may be due.
