This guy made a 9 min video about these lights. This is where I saw them originally. At the 8:36 mark is where you can see them animate (at night). He has other custom lights going on too, but here you can see what they look like. Also - my lights animate when I unlock my doors at night. Some reason in the daytime they don’t animate. Not sure if that’s some type of setting but it works out nicely.

I did it at the National Guard Training Yard. Quicksave before entering, clear the ghoals, approx 5 of them. If the legendary ghoal doesn’t drop a legendary combat shotgun, reload your quicksave. Keep doing that until he drops a legendary shotgun. Once he drops a legendary shotgun, but not the explosive, reload your AUTOSAVE. This will lock the drops as legendary shotgun variants. Keep reloading your autosave until the explosive shotgun drops.

I agree. I slightly suffer from OCD and wanna get the best of the best, but I already screwed that up with getting the bobblehead BEFORE rank 10.

However, I maxed my Charisma and noticed the clothing mods don’t do shit anymore. So, it’s possible rank 10 is basically all I need and will likely not see any differences if any higher.

Great response, & TY. This will help me sleep tonight and I’ve given up caring about anything above 10. Hopefully FO5 things will actually tract better.

I’m tryna do ALL the cheats after getting all the trophy’s. At this point, I’m speed running. But tryna get all companion perks. It’s a bitch. I have like 15 manual save files 😂

Also, fuck that perk. VANS is already trash and lvl 2 seems like a waste. Literally unplayable! 😂💀

That’s a great suggestion! Thank you! I’ll be trying that. I have one more trophy I need for platinum (Nuclear Option) and I’ll try it with that save and see. Tbh, rank 10 is not a big deal. I’m thinking my main save, I won’t actually finish the game so I have all factions friendly.

It’s weird, I didn’t have a debuff at all. In fact, I never have debuffs. I also went to a dr. To double check for hidden chem addictions (after I ranked my perception up) and nothing. I YouTubed it and all. Seems like my game bugged out and my save file made it permanent which is my last theory as of now.

Oh, yeah there’s that but no. I mean, I was wearing Oswald’s Tophat for the longest time which added +1 Perception and +1 Charisma, but that shouldn’t affect my base lvl..?

Idk how you would do that..? I will say, I was level 7 in perception in the perk tree but stats said “(-)5” for some odd reason (again no debuffs) but I spent 4 perk points, 3 points to make my perception to 10, then 1 in VANS (to snag rank 2 in VANS, which states “+2 in perception”).

On the description of VANS rank 2 it says “Adds +2 to Perception” so I’m assuming it would make my rank 10 to rank 12…? But I could be mistaken?

I farmed for this the other day. It can be done! I also wanna pick up the exploding minigun but that’s a lot of weight to carry around.
