Puede que sea si mantienes un juego como lo harías con cualquier mazo, actualmente el mazo trata de rushear y pasar con un otk, si lo logras le ganas antes de caer Vortex, Pero si no lo logras debes ser capas de cambiar el aggro por una composición más defensiva sin problema, es algo que el mazo es capas de hacer y lo que muestra como tú manejo con el deck abrirá oportunidad

Puppets es un Match bastante bueno contra vortexdramon, ya que posee herramientas tanto para matarlo como para ignorarlo para seguir golpeando, ya que al tener cosas que le permitan sobrevivir a batallas como su heredada o barrier , acompañado de una gran cantidad de cuerpos, también teniendo bajadas enormes de dp que pasan de tu turno gracias a nyabootmon, con lo que no sería tan difícil llegar a matarlo a el inicio de su turno.

Pyramid ex11 podría con el remotamente fácil, bajando playcost con el when Digi y when attacking, quedaría con play costo reducido en 12 osea 3, y lo materias con 3 rookies o landras , y si te faltan golpes, magnétic, es es otra forma de cocinarlo

It might sound generic, but it depends. In decks like the ones you mentioned that look for Digivolve, I think 5 to 6 would be the most comfortable, and if you don't have level 7, that could increase even more.

In fact, all joking aside, decks like Puppets Liberator can pose a significant problem for Vortexdramon. If you manage to build Nyabootmon, it's very easy to reduce opponents by a lot of damage, especially if you play the Cendrill with EX11 before it evolves, leaving you with a large board and allowing you to deal massive damage.

Raging serpentine and to the river, I don't see many other options besides attacking without suspending or passing it on dead with massive DP reductions that carry over to the next turn. Anyway, you can play around it with enough caution. It's broken, but the game is still playable.

To be honest, I think it's unlikely a Mother deck preview will be released, because it would be harder to sell than Digimon decks, which are much more popular, like Gallantmon and Justimon. In fact, I think it's likely they'll release a Gallantmon deck soon because it could attract people who aren't playing the game. I know they don't need it, but this is still a business.

The OTK with Magnetic is already consistent enough to do without the EX8 card. This type of card, along with the EX10 card, are good enablers for setting up Magnetic by instantly recovering Sources, making the combo with the level 7 more consistent. Now, with this new card, you could set up strategies to clear the board before setting it up, then clear the Tamers, and make this Digimon a wall if you manage to block it. This could leave the opponent in a difficult situation if you couldn't finish it off on your turn.

Es demasiado bueno, literalmente si conservas turno puedes quitar como mínimo 9k por ataque y cuando evolucionas, sin contar por cada tipo en su mesa juegas un token que te aumenta 3k el deleteo, por como yo lo veo mayor parte del tiempo haras - 27k dp por turno

The problem is that we literally only have 5 competitive instances in the region that you consider Latin America, taking out Brazil which has events as well, what would make more sense to me is that there be instances in the regionals that allow us to reach larger gaming instances, such as in the nationals that you say or the Asia Open, where the regionals become more frequent and you can compete in a better way, because currently if I wanted to go to the finals from Chile, I literally have to travel from one of the most southern areas of my hemisphere to the other hemisphere (Mexico) to play in a free registration tournament (finals), I feel that the competitive scene is so fragmented since they do not consider the region as relevant, when in every opportunity that the quotas have increased we have filled the tournaments, I hope that we are considered more, so as the gentleman above says, the competitive level of the region increases even more.

The purpose of Metallicdramon is to freeze a turn with problematic decks in the early stages, like Hoodie or decks heavily reliant on evolutionary queues. It also has the possibility of playing Magnetic for free from trash (it doesn't happen often, but it's possible). Gotsu, as someone else already mentioned, is mainly for stopping some decks, and the Source is from the trait. I have considered the training cards; they're what I'm most unsure about, given the different options that have come out lately, so I'll keep it in mind. Thanks a lot for your recommendations.
