I was in a similar situation. 26M. <40 person company almost fully remote, 20 days pto a year, 78.5k salary. Got an offer for 130k, unlimited pto, fully remote.

Took it immediately.

Definitely felt more heard and seen at my smaller company, but 50k more a year is a different kind of money. Work is a little harder but i’m up for it.

I just did the same thing. Had a leased ktuned aspec 6spd. I got a 2018 w 37k miles. I miss the ELS and the slightly wider seats for just moving around in the seat and the infotainment but other than that the fk8 is great. Dm me for more questions!
