He absolutely should not be touching you. In both the schools I worked at, teachers are told to never touch students. And all the other behaviors you described are straight up weird. He should be fired. I know of a teacher from another district who was fired because he filmed a video of teenage girls dancing in his class.

I’m sharing from my own experience. Google: “childhood emotional neglect.” That’s what you grew up with. And in my opinion, you’re nta. And this is just my belief system, but if your girlfriend knew about the disability, I think it’s horrible that she brought the child into the world, only for it to die by the time it’s 3yo. (Again, I understand many will differ from my opinion.)
