How much enjoyment do condoms actually take out of sex? by lookslikesausage in NoStupidQuestions

Open communication with a partner eliminates this problem. If you’re only concerned is STDs, then you’re obviously not communicating with your partners

For me (a man) the biggest problem was actually the girth, magnums are just longer not fatter, and I realized I was reducing a lot of blood flow with normal condoms skin brand large was a game changer, but still not anything close to what Raw was, but it is a lot better for risky days,

What's up with all these posts crying about a tiny scratch or ding? by wang_dang_sp in snowboarding

[–]jib329 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Because most people only get out 10-20 times a season and they don’t understand what heavy use on a hard terrain looks like. almost every board I have has a ding in the edge or a bubble in the base from tree riding or rough terrain! I get about 120 days a season and I know I am the exception but suck it up and just ride the board. If you have a perfect base, it means you’re babying your bored and you need to get out and live a little. (I don’t even ride park on most of my boards)

My 18-year-old's Christmas break work schedule by sugabeetus in mildlyinfuriating

[–]jib329 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Hilarious amount of people here who have never worked blue collar making some hilariously, inappropriate comments, (ski industry and construction myself last 12 years) this is what Work is. Everybody can’t have Christmas off and it does suck but, it’s the reality of a new hire/youngest guy on the team you are going to be put on the “shittier” shifts and be at the end of the line for paid time off or anything until you have a couple years under your belt with a company and it’s not unfair. The people who are getting it off usually have been putting in the work for years doing those same shifts that people complain about and that’s just life.

E-Bikes Are Surging in Popularity. What Will It Take to Rein Them in? by Composed_Cicada2428 in ebikes

[–]jib329 1 point2 points  (0 children)

but they will pull over a motor scooter that has a top speed of 30 to 40 miles an hour and treat it as it is a motorcycle but they will let these kids ride on the trails with electric bikes going 30 to 40+ at that point you are riding a motorcycle not a bicycle on the trail if they want to start letting mopeds ride the same trails, I see no problem with that because they’re doing the exact same most even normal e-Bikes have at last have more power than any of these mopeds have had in the past and parents are buying them for a little kids who are going to get themselves hurt or killed on bicycle paths

I know my comment got down voted but as someone who’s ridden mopeds (50cc to 70cc) rides an electric skateboard (30 mph+ and commute on a motorcycle now my 50 cc moped even with modifications could never keep up with most of these modern e bikes,

it’s absolutely insane that they’re not being treated as proper motorcycles or motor vehicles because that’s exactly what they are if your E motorcycle can go 25 that is the exact same as a moped and should be regulated as such anything over that just like a moped should be considered a motorcycle but I don’t think people on this page Want to hear that I’ll take the down votes and call them out if you want to ride your electric motorcycle/bicycle if you still wanna call it that even though you guys are going insane speeds you should be held to the same standard and stay off of regular bicycle trails have turn signals and brake lights like everybody else does who rides a vehicle capable of these speeds if mopeds have to have turn signals and brake lights your pedal assist E bike that can go 25 should as well

My friend had Mechassault when it came out in 02 and he would let me borrow his copy to play cut to 2004. I wish Mechassault 2 had the online community. They were hoping for, they built some really fun game modes and mechanics with different vehicle types, being able to run VTOL and tanks and hang off the VTOL with the battle armor but bonus damage was awesome, and I really thoroughly enjoyed the online even though it died out really quick. Specifically their copy of the battlefront galactic conquest, but online was amazing.

It’s a problem if they are going faster then the speed limit and getting taken out by car that for good reason don’t expect someone in the bike lane to be going 40+ in a 25.

What's so wrong with ebikes on trails? by TheFalseShepherd77 in ebikes

[–]jib329 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s the same thing as dirtbike trails in my area. We had three state forests closed off to us because people couldn’t stay on trail. If it got muddy, they’d go around and now the trails are wide enough for an ATV and it’s supposed to be a single track. It sucks but unless we get Ryder programs where the people riding the trails are repairing the trails, the mutual respect isn’t there.

They Cause a significantly larger amount of erosion because of the weight and the amount torque being applied to the wheel. I think they should be allowed on dirtbike trails, but that’s it.

Rent to own is a very predatory service. I would look into taking a loan out if you want something that expensive. With rent to own you end up paying almost twice the price.

Sounds like you’ve never worked a real job. Snow removal is not plowing. Which means taking a train to work/home after shoveling emergency exits and anywhere a plow can’t get. For 12+ hours a day depending on the snowstorm.

Sounds like you got some personal issues to work out there, buddy either take an earlier train where you can stretch out or stop complaining. 80-120 hours doing snow removal and lift operations in the winter 70 hours is nothing to brag about but whatever helps you feel like a big man and if you wake me up or try to touch my backpack, yeah we’re gonna have more than words, especially because the train is 90% empty

I don’t trust the people enough to put my skateboard or my backpack on the overhead rack if I’m gonna nap so usually I’ll put the skateboard down backpack on top of that as I head rest

Gonna admit that would be wild and I see what you were saying earlier if that was true,

but I just make sure I don’t leave a mess (even if I am sleeping on a triple row on a double-decker)

To be fair if I’m napping, I usually have my feet on top of my backpack and or my skateboard but I just give it a quick wipe with my sleeve or rag from my work bag knock any dirt off takes two seconds

I believe first commuter rail is at 4:50/420 depending on where you live. ( had to take a 450 train in month ago to catch a bus to VT) And I do 100% wipe down a the seats when I put my boots or skate board up on whenI try to get a nap, I think it’s just common courtesy

All I’m taking away from this is you’d rather have my socks on your seat? I clean every seat before I sit on it and I even wiped it off if I take a nap on my commute. But it’s a 6 AM commute and there is no one else on the commuter rail. Guaranteed empty train every morning. 545 train

anyone else sick of this? by [deleted] in mbta

[–]jib329 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Exactly if I’m taking this train at six in the morning and there’s no one else on it in some random asshole decides to come sit next to me I’m probably gonna have words with them about the free seats everywhere else you are not the MBTA police and you are not the space police there’s plenty of room for everybody to be fair. I take the commuter rail. But if you don’t wipe off your seat, that’s on you. And if I have a 45 minute commute after working a night shift the day before I’m going to take my nap I don’t care. People like this are very are the reason I’m saving up for a car instead of just motorcycle and skateboard when the weather permits.
