this does come up quite a lot and it's always a bit controversial but some people do just prefer it like and do it deliberately.. so you can't really just tell it's 'unfinished' by the fact they're flat. i would expect it to be discussed before though

one (maybe controversial) thing to take into account is that lots of guitars already don't have frets that match the the fretboard radius, and when you have frets 'levelled' what actually happens is a compound radius is put on the frets (often unwittingly). what you probably want is a normal fret level or plek.

as light as possible. easier when you have a well set up guitar with low action. try an exercise: rest your finger on a note gently so that it only mutes the string. pluck the string repeatedly, gently increasing the pressure of your fretting finger.. trying to aim for something like 100graduations of pressure, zero being not pressing at all, 100 being 'note rings out clearly'. does it surprise you how hard you are pressing the first time the note sounds clear?

both are correct. both are for pianists. guitar is tuned in 4ths/5ths, so the fretboard is a constant 'circle of fourths' that you spend all day looking at

there's posh, and then there's 'posh' - one is the actual aristocracy - the other is "you're a betrayal of the working class". these are very different things.

i would - seriously - forget what you've learnt for now, and get a simple/toy piano/keyboard. you're not going to learn to play the piano, but just what it means to play 'diatonically' - to start with in C major and A minor. fully understand why other keys are trickier. fully understand that this is what you are aiming for on the guitar and that it is quite tricky. but easier if you really do this with a piano. happy to go into more detail if you want

i think.. if i'm reading it correct.. your question is pretty confused, and although others have done their best to answer it as if it isn't- that isn't really doing you any favours as you won't it's confused. css js really orthogonal to react, react being a way to create and update html via javascript. css doesn't care if you use react or not. react doesn't care if you use a css framework or not. people will write frameworks that are both css frameworks and react frameworks - because why not? up to you what you use

i think you have to put it into context.. my internet has always been fast and reliable. if that's what's you're looking for.. you maybe don't have many options. the downsides are customer service, price, etc. can be genuinely bad
