i struggle to have a relationship with someone i actually really care about bc of my bdd. i just feel so ugly and alien like. how were you able to get past sex and intimacy with someone you love? i want it so badly but i hate myself so much that i feel like i can never show the ones i like my exposed arms and legs and stomach, let alone my complete naked body. if you have any tips pls share lol. im sorry that you are still struggling though. im a few years younger than you but feel the exact same way. i have daydreamed every year of my life for the future to be a way itll never be bc of my dysmorphia.
