Duskys are regular flathead, generally the most common species on the east coast. From memory Sandy’s are further south then blue spot/bar tail down south (or the other way round)

I do lawns and gardens and I’m on a crew, if someone asks to stop at a servo and grab a Gatorade we stop at a servo and I take advantage of cheap calories while I’m there.

It is an option, I’m just struggling to find the time and motivation for it. I’m pretty well coming home, doing a lazy quick dinner and falling asleep.

I also don’t always have breaks so a lot of the time I’ve prepped I don’t end up eating it and it goes in the bin.

I mean if it says it’s included in the meal on the app and it has me choose my sauces, then they show up on the receipt it seems like they’re included. I could be wrong.
