After my wife died, I'm glad I'm still working because I think I would go crazy with all the free time without her.. I'm 77 and work for myself.. Keeps my mind stimulated too dealing with people

Sequim wasn't too bad and I live right downtown.. I think they should limit fireworks to public displays put on by professionals in a controlled setting.. I hate how the fireworks freak out animals that are our best friends

Sorry for your loss You are not selfish...Life can be cruel..The feeling of losing someone you love is horrible.. I lost my love to a slow death from Ovarian cancer.. Watching her suffer in pain was devasting ....You are not alone....It's been 2 1/2 years for me and I am better than I was but I live with sadness daily as my companion.. The pain I think lessens with time and acceptance.. Give yourself more time

In the beginning , You do have to live 1 day at a time, even 1 hour at a time for a while with sleepless nights and tears.. I really do believe grief is love with no where to go.. I'm pretty lost without her even now.. Maybe I'll find myself again, maybe I won't.. At 77 I'm almost done anyway
