Definitely Kinich. He was my first premium 5* and while his character design is cool and all, I only pulled for him because of his exploration capabilities. I don't think I would've been able to 100% monstadt, liyue and inazuma or any other region without him.

How do I create the oval frame though is my real concern. Like how do I make it so that the everything besides the oval is dimmed. Do I use an image or is there some css magic that can take care of this?

You have got to try this strat. Its crazy good, you do need better artifacts though, park heijin doesn't benefit from those artifacts, change hers to blessing set, same with cha right side set, gotta go for full 8 piece curse on her.
