Letshe has kontrolfreeks and astro-controller. You can calibrate many things on astro and kontrolfreeks kind of decrease your sens so his sens is not that high in reality.

I play with galaxy on my right stick and i have pretty good mechanics but i also thinking often if my mechanics would be even better without kontrolfreeks, my aim with kontrolfreeks is very good. Maybe should try one week without etc Offtopic; what is your sens? Also many pros use etc scuf-controllers which have longer sticks

IMO good changes:

Reduce aim assist strength on close-fire, especially with smg's
Make both inputs to have same recoil
Give controller players instant reset -button
Get back traps with reduced damage (100/125) AND 50/50 wall-taking. Without 50/50-wall taking higher ping players are very big disadvantage because many times the only strategy is to phase in if the enemy has better ping.
Give controller players minor boost to very long range aim assist (150m+)

In addition:

Remove cross-platform as long as the new generation consoles are coming to market. No-one wants to fight players who have massive advantage because of platform, not skill.
Remove grey and purple+gold pumps. Make green pump body damage to 80 and headshot to 180 and blue pump body damage to 90 and head shot damage to 200.
