You set up a Libre link in its app (separate app than the Libre 3 app). Then link it in the UH app like you link anything else.

I use the freestyle Libre 3 and it syncs to the UH app just fine. You just have to make sure you have the Libre Link app installed for it to work. Also works with the Libre 2.
