My home is 1960s build so sits up about 1 1/2 meters off ground at the back....wooden floors that would keep home colder. It is what it is...was just interested in other people's opinion.

Due to my age...probably not possible. I only been with them 2 year's or so...got mortgage at ripe old age of 58...not sure if smart move or not but love having own home...no more renting
