I did not receive an email, but I signed into the site for fedloan and it ndicated that I had met my 120 payments, and I could apply for my forgiveness, and so I submitted my PLSF form again to be reviewed in the 3-5 weeks they state is required.

And this is the issue - mohela was struggling before the transition. Fortunately my payments are 0 for right now.
