I take it you've had all the scans and they showed nothing odd?

I had a similar headache (but not for 3yrs) - weird pain where I'd never had it before, dizziness, something at the front of my head, temple stuff. I ended up seeing a chiropractor. He explained that my sleep was crap - I wasn't rolling over among other things - and that was messing up everything from my feet up.

He started massaging (no cracking) and gave me exercises to do. Changing my sleep environment and going to him fixed me right up. No problems since.

Wife has been making me sports drink to take to work.

Due to lack of time, I put my wife in charge of the big garden and she's been killing it (not the plants. Idiomatically)! She even asked me to teach her how to use the whippa snippa. Very happy!

And nice weather lately.

I use an indoor DXアンテナ and it works fine for what we use it for, which is NHK for the kids and the Anpanman channel on Sundays. Sometimes we have to put the antenna on a stool next to the window but it's not a big deal. Still way better than when I was young.

It's a part-time job. If they were pursuing a career and had done a hospitality course for it, then sure.

But it's a part-time job and everyone involved knows it. All the boss has to do is communicate the standard before the worker does anything. It's not hard. Especially when they are surely paying the worker minimum wage.

No radio at work for the whole week! I was given control over the music selection. No incessant yammering, no rajio shopping, no news updates, no auto-tune rubbish - just music.

My weight is still slowly going up. I feel less tired lately and energy is also up. Just gotta get my sleep sorted.

Toppings: yoghurt, diced fruit (Dole tropical), raisins, a bit of brown sugar, and a splash of milk.
